Foresight Atlantic Inc. is a boutique quantity surveying firm offering quantity takeoff, cost planning and project loan monitoring services for construction projects. Our main focus is on residential, multi-residential and small commercial projects located in Atlantic Canada; and includes new build, renovation and interior fit-up projects.

Foresight Atlantic Inc. is independently owned and operated by Amanda White, who is a designated Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with over 10 years of experience in the local and national construction industry. Amanda’s mission is to help her clients plan, budget and understand their construction costs to ultimately mitigate risks during the construction phase and make critical choices. Amanda also specializes in project loan monitoring, where lenders / investors are provided with reliable, unbiased and independently verified project information throughout the development process.
